Mar 27,2024Zander was a significant help to me when I had an account breached due to system maintenance. I was inable to close a trade that I noticed going the wrong way, I went to close the trade, and it gave me a system error. When I finally had the ability to get back in, it was sitting at -3k and eventually dropped to breach the account. After submitting a ticket and working with Zander, he verified what happened and he blessed me with a refreshed account as a gesture of good faith.

Mar 26,2024I have purchased few accounts with them and i have had issues with three of the accounts my platform would freeze and not respond some times and specially when ever i tried to close a trade the platform would freeze on me they have a different platform now but really cant trust it even if i want to.I have joined thinking of UK firm and could be trust worthy but i have sent them few emails with no response's. programs they offer are good compare to others but my personal experience was not very good with them unfortunately.

Mar 25,2024while looking for a reputable prop firm, I kept coming across FTP & I'm so glad I did. They make it easy to pass your challenge by giving you access to easily digestible metrics and making deciphering your next move a breeze. I recently passed my challenge but have been on both sides of the fence. Using their metrics to record and review losses helped me become a stronger trader. Not to mention they have great customer service!

Mar 22,2024Although I have faced some issue but one thing is sure that FTP’s customer support has been really good. I purchased an Instant funding account in beginning of this month, I have withdrawn my profits 2 time till now, both time the withdrawal button was not working so I reached out to them and they were kind enough to help. One more thing that, I took a trade and when I was closing it, it did not closed at my desired profit price and closed at a low price. I mailed them and they credited the amount in my account. That was a really good gesture. But please fix the withdrawal button issue permanently. The delays in payouts effects my trading decisions. Overall, FTP is a reliable firm.

Mar 22,2024Good firm. Customer service is pretty good, transparency with the team is there. I payed for my evaluation account wednesday, passed it by thursday, got my live account details friday, and withdrew my profits friday evening. The money hit my account by next wednesday. I'm satisfied

Mar 19,2024I buy new account 2 days back and got dxtrade platform which is like u need to do manually u can’t see the candles and cant do properly trade no sl n tp can move no spread will show its is like u trade blindly. I am very upset to take challenge n spend my money here , i asked for mt5 platform they replied we have moved to dx trade n watch this youtube to operate however if u go to ur dashboard it will show ur still on evaluation phase u can trade via mt5/mt4. In short dx trade is like 2000 platform no app working as well u will feel pissed off by dxtrade platform.

Mar 19,2024Like a lot of Prop firms in the business, FTP forced to change out their platform. I opted for a refund while they complete the process. They completed the refund within 24 hours. I will be back to trade with them once the platform transition is worked out.

Mar 17,2024I was referred to Funded Trading Plus by a friend, and this has been a great experience so far. Even with the platform changes, they have been very responsive via chat and emails, fixing issues as they come along in the recent turbulent times.

Mar 16,2024The change over from MT to DXtrade has come with a few issues but after numerous emails back and forth I found a guy called Kyle who was excellent in resolving my issues. These guys are good and very trustworthy in an industry that can be a little dodgy 😁 Highly recommended 👌

Mar 27,2024Fairly new to FTP so far they have made things easy for me firstly I must admit I breached my first account which was my fault cause I didn’t read the drawdown rules properly….hopefully one day that rule will change where the drawdown remains as a trailing drawdown instead of becoming static….on my second try I got the 1 phase account it was a smooth process to repurchase, I reached my profit target in about 36 hrs and to my surprise the live account and contract were sent out in under 8 hours……highly recommend!!!!! Will post an update once I receive a payout in a few days
