Drawdown policy is created to help you fail. If I increase my drawdown space you shouldn’t take that away. You designed your system for the user to fail. They want your sign up money that’s all

Updated my Review from 1 Star to 5 Stars after Simon reach out and we worked out the situation. Recommend Funded Trading Plus because they actually do care about Customers, and it was great working with Simon. Thanks again to Funded Trading Plus! Left the review below so you can see a before and after. They resolved it and all good. Recommend! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I never leave reviews but they simply did not plot all the DD lines on their trading Dashboard, because of that the account was breached before the plotted lines were reached. That's all, they didn't do anything all that bad, they just didn't plot all the DD lines. The Thing is though when asked about it they were certain they were in the right and refused to do anything at all to fix the account that was closed. They were so assured that they themselves were right they didn't do anthng to help the customer. (They did offer a 10% retry code but I was offered that automatically by the site before I even messaged them). I'm not even saying they are wrong in there point about the the account breach. They were correct that in the "fine print" so to speak that the Daily DD was hit, but we they did not plot the line on the Trading Dashboard chart, so when traded within the lines that they did plot on the Trading Dashboard the account was still breached. Of course in this case they keep the money, and you get nouthing. So, I'm not saying they are wrong about the Account actually being breached. It was beached, but breached by a line that they did not plot eventhough they probally should have. What I am saying is that, they did not life a finger in any way at all to help me. What happened was I got a audition and I was over here from SurgeTrader where all the DD lines are all shown on the dashboard. So, when I saw the FundedTraderPlus Dashboard I figured that the lines they ploted were all of the lines that were important to the account. So when the account got close to the the Red Max DD line . I Stopped Trading. Then later, there was an email about this newly purchased account being breached. I got this account the previous day. What happened was it turned out that a important line, the Daily DD, that was simply not plotted on the Dashboard was the cause for the breach. Anyone being honest would admit that all lines important enough to completly breach an account purchased with real money: Keep in mind this account was not free, should be plotted so that the account can be properly traded. That was not the case here. It's not transparent to hide Drawdown lines on another page so that they are out of sight, anyone being honest knows that is the case without even needing to see a TrustPilot review, but Customer support was assured that it was fully transparent and that I was wrong and they were right. They appologied the account was breached but as we all know, that does not fix a breached account because of a line that was ommitted from being plotted, the customer is still out of the money. They say on their website that they are the most trusted so I figured they would stand with there customers, but instead they rather lose a customer to keep 1 purchase than to make a loyal customer and make repeated business again and again plus referals: But then again, maybe I shouldn't say anthing and keep that business secret to myself? Just ask Amazon what happens when you actually take care of the customer. At then end of the day. FundedTraderPlus still thinks they are right, they got the money, and I'm out of an account regardless of if the DD line should or shouldn't have been plotted. Who Won here? Not the Customer.

This is by far one of the best prop firms. And the customer service is good and reliable.
I have made contact with Funded Trading Plus, about my previous misunderstandings, and this is the outcome of our discussion: 1. Their rules are strict, like any other prop firm and it was just my hindsight in terms of reading and understanding the rules. 2. They have the best support in all the prop firms that i'm trading, with that I can give them 10/10. In conclusion, I think this is the best prop firm because of the urgency of dealing with matters concerning traders.
