Oct 16,2023The company hides the info on commission they charge on each trade. When its commission free to trade indices and forex in UK with very tight spreads (which is how brokers make money) from all the competitors. There is no explaination on the commission terminology on either their own website or thier broker, which is Eightcap. Server is so slow and it can be debated that this is most user UNFRIENDLY. Needless to mention the slippage. This is very cheeky to sneek in commission (even on simulated account trades) when there is none mentioned or none charged by the normal brokers providing CFD or spread bet trading platforms. The traders that take quite a few trades in a day will drain all their money on commissions. I would advise to be extra cautious. Update after reply: This has now been clearly acknowledged that they donot advertise their comission structure. Which was exactly the point I was trying to make. Be careful, thier commissions are quite steep too.

Issues are handled immediately. Plus weekly pay outs and the ability to get rid of your daily DD? come on man, it's a no-brainer.
