I contacted support and Simon quickly got my account resolved and re-instated! Seriously Simon and his team are extremely customer friendly and here to assist in any way possible! The ease of how things are setup makes me feel comfortable too, just recently passed my first challenge and received my live account same day. Started my funded journey with them and will always continue

Jan 13,2025I passed the 5k funded account challenge, I never place a single trade on the new account because I had to sign the contract first after signing the contract they said I said I failed the funded account from my previous trading evaluation! This is nonsense because I passed the challenge! I am very disappointed with this company and I don’t recommend you waste your time and energy ,I have jump on -Vertinova, and they have been so good with draw outs and they have a very responsive customers service .

The credentials were given to me in a short period of time, and the payout process was outstanding. I got my payment in in a few hours, I started the process at around 8am and by 12pm the payment was released.

Jan 04,2025So I passed a 100k funding challenge and requested a payout days before Christmas. There was a little delay in receiving the payout due to the holiday period and some additional information I needed to send over but all my emails to the support team were answered same day which gave me reassurance I need to know that the payout was actually going to come. My payout was about $3000 dollars and just received it which almost feels too good to be true. Being able to actually make money like this and actually have a firm that pays is sick. Big up FTP - here’s to many more payouts with you guys.

Dec 31,2024I am using their challenge account using DXtrade( gooeytrade) platform. Any time , without any notification , theie server will be down. Some time I get some loss because of this. Because I have to move my SL to BE , but because of this i am unable to do this. very poor service.
