Jul 08,2022Worst company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. Never answer the phone, kept me hanging on for 3 months for RLS loan to be told it didn’t meet affordability. Surely this should be a basic check at the start of the process!! Mitch is the worst company representative I have ever encountered. Promises to ring you back and the. You wait weeks for him to eventually get back to you. Sent an email telling me the loan wasn’t going through with a promise to ring me the next day. 3 weeks later I still have had no call! If I could give zero stars I would!
