Apr 05,2019Required some funding for alterations to our property. Joe from Funding Options was especially helpful and dealt with the application efficiently and quickly. Much simpler process than dealing with traditional Bankers. Bear in mind however that they will get a fee for you using their services, which isn't initially obvious. This can be added to your loan or paid upfront. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this organisation.

Mar 26,2019Submitted the requested information such as EOY accounts and bank statements and waited for a response. No response after a few days so sent an email requesting an update, again no response. Phoned several times and was told I would receive a call back from Cliff again no reply. waited a couple more days sent further email with no reply. Not great when you are trying to plan for business future. I wouldn't recommend.
