Sep 12,2021Was really pleased how prompt the order arrived, however was greatly disappointed as the item had clearly been used! There was pet hair on the item and the packing had been handled before and appeared to have been re packed, the instructions had clearly been read and handled several times and we’re not new! The item works well and does everything it states on the whole very pleased, but not happy to be mugged of with second hand goods when l expected new! Would not recommend this company which is a shame as the l like the goods but not the service. Am far to busy to be returning at this time to be bothered to return this item as it does work well! For that it would and should get top marks.

Sep 12,2021My fur magic arrived in good time and was well packaged. It works really well but, you have to keep a finger on the button which empties the unit, or the lid flies open, and the contents end up all over the place, which really let's it down

Sep 11,2021Order was despatched in appropriate timescale....although quality of product very poor. Difficult to understand the picture instructions, and the shampoo came out from the seams. Very disappointing.

Sep 06,2021Great reviews but in reality I am not sure where they are coming from. Cheaper products that you buy from your local pet shop would do a better job. Professional dematting tool did absolutely nothing to my cat and I totally regard this purchase as waste of money. Any pet brush will do a better. Very disappointing. I also bought Magic hair catchers. Washed my clothes with it and could not see any difference from washing without them. Hair catchers came out of washing machine squicky clean! Not sure which hair did these things collected. Very very disappointed.

This item helps to keep our cats shredded fur under control and is easily captured in the fitted container which is then simple to dispose of. If you have a pet that is covered in fur you will find this product indispensable.

Aug 26,2021I purchased a Fur Magic dematting comb for my Siberian Husky. The comb is excellent and removes all of the loose hair. The comb is of very good quality and I would highly recommend it to owners of long haired dogs.

Aug 25,2021The website was easy to navidate and my order was quickly delivered. I have only just been able to use the products and am very satisfied with their performance. It was not clear until the order was delivered that one of the dog hair catchers - Pet Sticky Tool- was not suitable for the washing machine, which was my original need. However, it is extremely effective on furniture, car boot etc. I love the fact that they are re-usable.
