Aug 15,2024I recently used Fusion Van Lines for my move, and it was a complete disaster. From the start, their customer service was unresponsive and unprofessional. My move was delayed several times with no clear communication or explanation. When my belongings finally arrived, many items were damaged, and some were even missing! The movers themselves were careless and seemed more interested in rushing through the job than ensuring my things were safely packed and transported. To make matters worse, when I tried to file a claim for the damaged and missing items, I was met with nothing but excuses and refusal to take responsibility. I would not recommend Fusion Van Lines to anyone. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with such a poorly run company. Save yourself the headache and choose a different moving service.
