Sep 10,2020Website claims you can make minimum £500 investment, however Futurebricks has a group of big investors who will invest big amount and complete investment threshold in less than 5 minutes as soon as project goes live. Furturebricks already has WhatsApp group chats with these big investors before project goes live. So small time investors don’t stand much chance to invest and earn decent returns. Staff will only entertain big investors and often ignore small investors. They claim some projects pay monthly interest, however, monthly interest has not been credited so far. Their staff will stop communicating with you all of a sudden if you raise concerns or provide feedback. Overall not a reliable place to invest especially with huge risks in peer to peer lending and current volatility in markets due to ongoing pandemic situation. Don’t fall for glossy website and positive testimonials on website. Invest wisely. Capital is at huge risk even if they hold first charge on property.

Aug 15,2020A positive experience dealing with a professional, experienced and knowledgeable team. The investments are thoroughly researched and the information pack enables investors to analyse the information and talk directly to the company executives before deciding. What I like is that the investments are short-medium term and starts at £500. The app is easy to use and provides regular updates on your investments. I recommend them and would invest again to add to my portfolio.

Aug 10,2020I found investing via app very easy. The process is simple and hardly takes any time. The information about a project is available there. But I have preferred speaking sales team who are excellent. They explain about project and related financial things in a very simple way. I wish FB team including Arya and Sahiba all the very best; with their dedication and willing to help attitude I am sure FB will scale peaks.

I particularly like the asset-backed nature of investments and low LTVs. Seems like the company has great ambitions and I look forward to investing in another project soon.

May 24,2024Invested in 6 projects, company stopped paying interest on capital since march 24. Tried contacting multiple times but the RM did not respond back, the landline number provided did not got answered. Finally someone answered my call and was told the RM is on holiday, a few days later got an email from RM that she is now leaving the company. Finally in April 24, replacement RM and the director advised seeking legal advice from their solicitors to try and get the borrower to start with payments. It has been 1 month and despite chasing on the outcome of the legal advice there has been dead silence.
