Dec 17,2024Scam company. Don't try it, don't deposit any money. They will keep calling u to add more money with useless basis, that more money in will make u more money, while they take daily minimum of 20% of the amount for (customer support). And they will put u in Margin account without Ur request or approval and keep charging u the daily interest even if u r not purchasing any stock. Don't Don't Don't use or recommend this company to anyone. They stole $520 from me and lost more than $1200 in profit from selling Bitcoin in 2 times. They take weekend Off, but u still get daily charges. I have asked for more than 5 times to correct my account value, but no one answers. And I recommend to stay away from Sales representative. She doesn't know anything about trading and pushes u to only Add money and invest in lose market. And the head manager is another scammer with just promises and no action at all. Again I tell u all to avoid this company or U will be just another victim to their fortune

Dec 16,2024My Journey started with them on 3rd September 2024 with an initial deposit of USD 250 and since then their dedicated RM 1, started chasing me every alternate days for completing KYC. Once that was done, he kept on calling every alternative day to increase my balance amount in order to use their leverage facility. He kept on saying that swap charges will be reversed once I increase my deposit to USD 50K and then 100k and then he insisted on exhausting my Credit card in order to reach 100k of total balance. Their educational levels support is bare minimum as they constantly call you and share rosy pictures of earning USD 4k every month. They never discuss their swap charges in spite of asking details and they always link them to increasing your principal amount. Also, I was recommended wrong strategies to invest with higher lot sizes on certain CFD’s so that you lose your initial deposit big time during the US election result time on 4th December 2024. All I got was one week swap in month of October where I made huge profits of USD 20,000, which was not allowed to be withdrawn by guy name RM2 Claims to be one of the senior members of the team FXNovus.. Please stay away from this platform as you cannot Trust them on Transparency, as all they care is earning huge swaps, and heavy deposit from clients so that their profitability is well maintained. After writing a complaint to them they now want to offer back compensation, however if they don't return everything i will go to the credit card company and the authorities

Aujourd'hui 16.12.24 on nous demande d'envoyer notre adresse mail afin de leur permettre de nous aider à résoudre le "problème"... Vont-ils résoudre la problématique en renvoyant la somme qui a été fraudée ? c'est ce qu'on appelle de la cybercriminalité de haut niveau. Un vrai désastre de "vie" pour un de nos proches. Le pire est le montant a transité sans autre via une neo bank de la place de genève. Il y a de quoi de se poser des questions. Curieux également de voir ce que la FINMA est censée pouvoir faire pour éviter de genre de transaction frauduleuse. Et pendant ce temps le site internet de FXnovus.com est toujours valable...

Dec 12,2024Meine Erfahrungen waren gut und ich hatte ein gutes Vertrauensverhältnis. Auch die Einführung und Betreuung waren ok für mich. Leider war mir nicht oder Zuwenig bewusst, dass man mit einer grossen Summe einsteigen sollte um auch grosse Gewinne zu erzielen. Wird auch zu fest dazu gedrängt. Da sollte man den Leuten früher bewusst gemacht werden. Wie auch das was man Einzahlt und nicht verzockt ist auch "immer wieder beziehen* kann. Hier wäre eine schriftliche Rückbestätigung SEHR Vertäuens würdigend. Schade das dies so nicht klar deklariert ist und in den Geschäftsbedingungen hervorgehoben ist. Beat Schweiz DANKE meinem Broker

When it was pretty clear to them that I was not going to add more money to the account they just shut it down for prevention of more losses… as soon as you open the account you will have an “advisor” speaking your native language that will call you every day from a sort of call center with loud music on, pushing you to put more money into the account. He will mention that his profit comes from the charges applied to every trade you make, but he will not tell you how this is calculated and he won’t tell you that there are extra charges from the bank that moves your money and again you won’t know how these charges are calculated. So this is my experience: - lack of transparency and too many things unexplained - no contract with clear conditions - tedious every-day calls asking you to put more money - no clear explanation on how to withdraw your earnings - when they see they are not going to earn money from you, they just shut the account with no previous advise on what to do
