Feb 06,2025An absolute disaster. Saw a pub, went to check if it was legit - seemed so. Did not invest though. Only few months later at 9PM I decided to make a deposit of 250. a few minutes later I got a phone call from them. Got different SMS messages with links to verify my account, change password - none of them worked. I was then contacted by their customer service to „verify my account „ but i dispose of very little free time so it took over a week for him to call me at the time when i could use a computer. I understood it was a scam because the background of customer service was a complete horror party environment. The verification process itself is just providing your full credit card information in order to deposit more funds - who has ever heard of such absurd? Being already 100% sure it was a scam i did not follow the process, causing their agent yelling at me so I hung up. The next day the same person called me back and said that he had to verify my account. After telling him that i didn’t want to have anything to do with him and that he should not call me back - I was told that i was gay and then spread with all kinds of colourful language, including my mother and my family. I have contacted YouTubers who amuse themselves messing with scammers, hope the 250 they stole will be worth hackers messing with their operation.

Einzig die Auszahlung hat etwas länger gedauert als erwartet, was leicht frustrierend war. Der Kundensupport war jedoch freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Feb 04,2025This is a scam. After I invested USD 240, they started asking for so many documents. I requested for withdrawal and my amount has just been sitting there for > 5 days with no movement. When an agent called me, I told them I want to know the progress of my withdrawal and all they told me was they needed all my other private documents before they can help with withdrawal. It didn’t make sense at all. Do not trust them. They keep saying they are accredited company. There’s also no contact number or agent assigned to you whom you can speak to.

Da es im Konto nicht möglich ist, das selbst zu machen - auch hier, es ist nicht seriös!!! Erste Bewertung: Ich warte immer noch auf meine Auszahlung. Habe 21 Stunden nach Anforderung der Daten alles gesendet inkl. Beweis, dass es meines ist. FX Novus ist eine Betrugsmasche Wurde vom Berater immer wieder versucht, mit Pseudogeschichten mehr Geld zu investieren. Da ich keine Ahnung hatte haben ich mich nicht einlullen lassen. Der Berater hat mir gesagt, dass er gleich viel vom Firmenkonto bei mir investieren würde, wenn ich auch einen 4-stelligen Betrag nachzahle. Wurde mir auch mit den täglichen bis zu 15 Anrufen mit Schweizer und Spamtelefonnummern zu viel. Tipp von mir: einfach wegdrücken oder Telefon auf stumm und läuten lassen. Der Support ist gemäss Mitteilung meines «Beraters» er selbst (OMG). Er habe nicht so viel Zeit, mir eine Mail zuschreiben. Seltsamerweise jedoch hat er Zeit, mich x mal anzurufen und mir Geschichten am Telefon zu erzählen. Die Erklärung, wie Traden geht, fehlt zur Gänze! Alles Betrug, um an EUER Geld zu kommen. Auszahlung erfolgt nicht wie angegeben innerhalb von 3-5 Tagen, auch nicht innerhalb von 10 Tagen. Es wird dann auch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Auszahlung storniert wird, erhält man innert Frist nicht alle Daten, die sie wollen. Sie schreiben in einem Mail, Auszahlung erfolgreich und am nächsten Tag möchten sie die Auszahlung dann über eine andere Art machen als einbezahlt wurde… Also: ALLES BETRUG UND FAKE! Fallt nicht darauf rein und um Himmels Willen zahlt ja kein Geld nach!!!!! Meine Antwort auf Ihre Reaktion: FXNovus schuldet mir 256.75 Euro Hier die Support-Ticket nummer und Mail: Your request (296724) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Whs. zum ärgern. Habe Stand heute (12.02.2025) das Löschen meiner Daten und Dokumente verlangt, da man selbst das Konto und alle Daten nicht löschen kann!!!!! Also Achtung bei dieser Firma. Im Mailverlauf könnt ihr sehen, wie nervenaufreibend der Kontakt mit dieser Firma ist. Ich stehe immer noch dazu, es ist Fake und Betrug. Anders ist es nicht zu erklären, warum man statt 3 - 5 Werktage, 23 Werktage auf die gesamte Auszahlung warten muss. FXNovus weigert sich meine Dokumente/ zu löschen und das schriftlich zu bestätigen!!! Mein Ticket beim Support wird einfach nicht bearbeitet. Es folgen Anrufe, welche ich nicht annehme. Aus Beweisgründen verfahre ich mit dieser Betrugsfirma nur schriftlich. ACHTUNG BETRUG UND FAKE - KEINE DOKUMENTE SENDEN, KEIN GELD EINZAHLEN !!!!

STOP using them!!! this company is a scam!!! do not continue further correspondence with them!!! asking you to deposit usd$250 and submitting your personal documents and identification. can’t get money back after depositing and no way to withdraw. the reviews on trustpilot are flooded by fake reviews and mostly coming from India. the reviews are also posted around the same time period. the reviews here on getting money back are also fake as in who uses personal gmail accounts and share their mobile numbers?? basically, its an elaborate scam flooding trusted pilot with fake reviews and suspicious gmail contacts who can help you get your money back

Unlike other brokers, FXNovus does not offer the facility to trade i the crypto market 7 days a week, causing missed opportunities for good traders. The spreads are so high that making any profitable trades is impossible. You only stand to lose the money you invest. Every time I try to speak to an account manager, there's always a new person on the line. "Solution" and "resolution" are words missing from FXNovus' dictionary.
