Feb 04,2019So far I've had 2 orders from Gadgitechstore, the experience in both was exactly what I was hoping for. The products were in great shape, shipped carefully and apparently stored well, the service is very flexible, you can call and adjust details without having to wait for hours on the phone to get to the right person. I had to change delivery time, and it felt very simple, just call and tell them what you need and they'll have it done. I don't have any complaints, just a suggestion to add a "preferred delivery time" field when checking out, this way people can specify if they need it delivered at a certain time. Overall, I would recommend this online shop over any other if they have your desired product.

Dec 11,2018Overall a very good experience working with Gadgitech. For positives, the customer support is relatively quick and pleasant. Delivery and payment is flexible, fast, and reliable. In regards to delivery & ease of use, Gadgitech is the best I've experienced in Lebanon. I only have some issues with the website and customer support. - The website is occasionally inaccurate (for availability & prices) - Customer support through WhatsApp feels like it's a dude's private number. A bit too intimate. - Customer support sometimes takes a bit too long to reply. Perhaps related to my previous issue.
