Jan 31,2018Very swift turnaround for invoice related admin... The signing up process can take a while although this has nothing to do with Gapcap. The longest part of the process is changing bank details with your customers - which depending on how they operate can be lengthy. Only just started with them but customer service is very good. Will have to see how well the actual invoice payment system works. Tom Mitchell deserves a promotion or a pay rise for his very active / efficient role in on boarding

Dec 22,2017Best Business cashflow solution I've ever come across. The entire process has taken less than a week and the funds are released. GapCap' I wish I had known about you early than this. Most of all " The People" - I've never dealt with people who are kin to help you through whatever service you are employing or enquiring in this country. but GapCap has proven to me that actuary Customer Service is still alive in some organisations. These people are incredible.. or should I say amazing. They followed up on every single stage of the application, providing feedback in a very timely manner. I totally recommend GapCap to any business that has a cashflow problem.
