The quality is brilliant, pricing and communication are spot on and an all round class service. We have several different designs, colours sizes etc and can get quite confusing, our first order came with no missing sizes, colours etc. Can 100% recommend GG and they have found themselves a new customer.

May 15,2023Garment Giants were incredibly helpful from the off, they were happy to share all sorts of information and answered all questions I had which was so useful. Especially as this was my first experience with them. They were happy for me to make small adaptations, when I made little errors (like the PNG files for example) that needed adapting and they didn't kick up a fuss. The prices were very affordable, and having such a wide range of colours was lovely. Once in production, only took two days to arrive to me which blew me away. Prints came out great and myself and my customers loved the products.

May 10,2023Garment giants offer an excellent service. I have been using them for 1 year now and they alway deliver items on time and print everything I need to a high standard that my customers love. Communication with the garment giants team is also alway speedy and they are easy to speak too. I run a clothing brand and I would definitely recommend using these guys if you are looking to start up one or already run your own.

May 03,2023Placed an order and communicated with GG on designs & placement, were quick to respond with this and promised a 2 day turnaround time which was fantastic. After missing deadline due to bank holiday communication was slow to the point of being nonexistent. The only way I could get in touch was by calling the owner of the company directly which I had to do multiple times. Multiple expectations for delivery dates and proofs set but fell through every time. Once the stock arrived 2 weeks after the order was placed, the print was below par on quality. Returned stock for a full refund.

I chose to work with GG after seeing them in Tiktok. In comparison to other companies, I felt GG had the best communication and customer focus, I believed this would lead to a superior product and I was right. They are truly focused on creating great T-shirts and helping kickstart your brand with T-shirts you can be proud of. Apr 18,2023I'm so happy to have discovered the guys of Garment Giants and print the t-shirts for my merch with them. Thanks to the videos and pictures that they post (daily) on TikTok and Instagram I had the chance to check the quality of their prints and also navigate through the possibilites available (DTG, DTF, etc.). Communication was extremely easy and fast and the guys are really professional in providing mock-ups and information about delivery, prices and so on. Quality and fit of the t-shirts is super high, prints are high quality, I can't wait to work again with them!

Oct 14,2024I have been looking for a printer that have no MOQ and will produce high quality prints on good quality t shirts. I've had so many bad experiences with tiny, low quality prints on terrible quality t shirts in the past. I'm so glad I took a chance with Garment Giants, my t shirt looks amazing and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be using them again :)
