Aug 02,2022Customer from Australia...I recently purchased the Peacoat and after 3-4 outings, the lining ripped which I was disappointed about. I wrote to complain and received no response. When Garrisons got back to me a few days later they explained a staff member had been away. Immediately they asked for some photos of the lining tear and without fuss replaced the coat. It was despatched within 2-3 days and they said I could donate the other coat to charity. Excellent customer service and will be more than happy to continue to purchase from Garrison Tailors.

Nov 11,2022Very happy with my shelby tweed newsboy hat. Quite disappointed in the way it was packaged and shipped however, which is why I gave 3 stars. The hat was stuffed in an envelope and was basically crushed up when I received it. It took quite a bit of work to get all the wrinkles and creases out that happened as a result. Considering the premium that I paid for the hat and shipping, I expected better.
