Sep 06,2024Bought 28mm germans for my Bolt Action army. I didn't have high hopes on quality as I have had some bad experience with 3D prints from other companies until I started Blood Bowl and found an italian firm the really delivers on high quality. Initially the customer service was good as I made a mistake with my order. When I got the figures some of them had broken weapons and a part, a mortar for a mortar team, was missing. Quality is decent, but no were near the italian quality, and gets the job done. I tried contacting them regarding the issues but I got no response, after a week had gone by I sent another email and no replay. Yet a couple of days later I tried using the chat function which informed that they usually replays within few minutes, it has now gone 7 hours and no replay and Im not expecting to hear anything from this point. Since I live within the EU and have to paid local VAT and import fees along with poor after sales service and broken pieces (which couldn´t be found and glued back) I am probably not going to buy more things which is a shame as they have an, for me, interesting range the works with Bolt Action.

Sep 04,2024These fleece mats are good. No, they are excellent. The print is superb. They lay on the table and drape over shapes to make hills without creasing. In addition, although advertised as 6x4 feet,mine was a good 6'3"x 4'6". Really well made and the despatch and receipt from payment was very quick. I heartily recommend them.
