Jun 21,2021I purchased a pair of flip flops on the Monday before Father’s Day as a present, I received a damaged pair on the Thursday. Reordered another pair instantly Thursday morning and asked for delivery for Father’s Day. A goodwill gesture (as this was not my error) for next day delivery would have been an example of good customer service but I got told they’ve just been dispatched normal delivery even after asking and got told it’s in Royal mails hands……unfortunately it’s Father’s Day today and the kids are without a present to give to their Dad. Poor show Genesis, as it was your error updgraded postage out of goodwill would have kept me coming back to you again, unfortunately now I will buy from a shop that offers slightly better customer service. Very dissapointing.
