Jun 18,2015If I could give ZERO stars then I would. Better still, how can I score them MINUS 5!!?? If you search the internet, there are many reviews saying scammers, beware, avoid and I can only agree with these other members of public. They phone, all sales talk, imply they can setup a website & increase your google search rankings and ratings, all for a small fee. They seem to target small businesses and especially the self-employed. You pay the £80-£100 or whatever they take, only to find that they lie, promise to call you back when you don't receive what you paid for 'up front' and they never call, but instead fob you off with false promises and comments. If you try to complain, that falls on deaf ears. I read on one review that the director changes his name to suit the caller (complainant), as told by an ex-employee! [not my words]. So, don't waste your time, you will not receive the promised service, nor get your money back. Luckily I got the bank to refund the money! But not after a long delay. Good bank, but a scamming company! Buyer beware!

Apr 18,2017When I was first approached by GetClickedOn to promote my hypnotherapy business it all sounded great, until ... Month One - performed badly as they had run my SEO against North London when I am based in East London Month Two - was FOC as a result but performed badly again with no new business. I also had to point out that the wording on my ad needed changing as they had just copied and pasted it from my website and it was misleading in the context within which they had used it. Month Three - GetClickedOn had charged me against my wishes as I had cancelled the account due to the poor performance in previous months. I was told after much debate that the campaign still had to run. It performed badly. No new business again despite a manager changing the SEO to within a five mile radius of where I am based. It has now been three months since that last campaign. Despite numerous requests, I am still waiting for my final EOC report. I am about to call them again to find out why I still haven't received this after two months of requests, although I'd rather I never had to speak to them again. Having worked in online advertising for many years this company is literally a cut and paste outfit. If getting a monthly report is that much of a problem (bearing in mind this is an automated business!!) then it's no wonder their attention to detail is so bad.
