Confirmation of surveyors date/ time for survey and same day report back. I had some queries post survey and my emails were replied to quickly. Highly recommend

From booking the survey, to receiving the report, the process is very clear and the team keep you updated at every stage along the way. The customer service is excellent and the whole process is completed in a very satisfactory time frame. The report itself is highly detailed, including photographs. The traffic light colour system used and referencing points make the report easy to follow and easy to find a particular section for a quick glance. I had a query about the report and the surveyor was more than happy to take my call to discuss in more detail which was an added comfort. All in all, a very satisfactory experience and I would not hesitate to recommend GetHouseSurvey.ie
