May 01,2021Due to Covid restrictions the package was left for me to open and there was slight damage on top of the cupboard. However I immediately called the customer services who arranged for a replacement there was no quibble and very helpful. I am so pleased with the quality, it was waxed and assembled ready to use. This is the 3rd item I have bought from this company because I consider they give really good value and are very customer friendly

Apr 24,2021Bridgend store avoid like the plague, customer service at its worst. So bad items returned the next day. Email sent in to complain. Person clearly been addressed regarding the issue. Following day passing the store the very person proceeds to mutter thanks for putting me on probation!! Fact your disgraceful work attitude got you probation do no try and intimidated me again. Thanks to the area manager for addressing this, but if she so looks at me the wrong way l will have to pursue it as bullying with intimidation!!!
