Mar 22,2019I love this company! My only reservation is that when I asked for a quote via online chat, I had to eventually email the company for the quote; which then was extremely prompt. I think they just have a logistics problem with communicating across groups. Great company with solid products that hold up under heavy, continuous use. I would highly recommend them!

Jan 06,2019I found the website easy to use and specifically liked the helpful staff on the pop up chat. The chat representative was able to match the right equipment to what I was specifically looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call that afternoon from the company owner to finalize the order. Although there was miscommunication regarding the model of treatment furniture I had wanted to order (the correct model was not accurately identified from the information that that the chat representative provided to the owner) the order was quickly placed and delivery was the following week. When the furniture arrived it was not the correct model I wanted, and it was my fault that I didn’t notice that on the invoice. There was good communication with the owner in which the correct treatment table was shipped to me. On the downside, the owner and I split the shipping costs for the correct table to be delivered, as I should have been more diligent with reviewing the invoice sent via email. Although the transaction wasn’t flawless, I felt the miscommunication was resolved. The product itself is wonderful. It is just what I needed for my private practice. The upholstery, mechanical parts and integrity of the piece is very good. Price was within my budget. Would I order this product again? Absolutely.

Jul 31,2018I called the day I received the chair - with issues. I was told I would receive a call back likely that day - it's been a week ago today! I didn't receive a call but I have received an email to fill out this review twice. I guess this is the only customer service this company really cares about. I received the with two 1/2 inch cuts in the bottom part of the seat, the electrical cord had mud caked all over it, I had thought that they didn't send the table paper holder but it ended up coming later in a separate shipment (which nothing stated), the chair came with a small stool (which did not have instructions). Not that it took a genius to put together but it would have been nice to have the instructions. I work in a medical office and have had others ask about the chair but cannot in good conscious recommend this since the company cannot be bothered to call its customers back. Apparently, once they have your money, that's all they care about.

Jul 25,2018I wasn't sure which spa table to buy, but the people at Gifted Touch were really helpful and I LOVE the new table! It came about a week after I placed the order fully assembled and it works perfectly. It is the nicest table in my spa now.
