Jun 13,2020I wish ai could give them feedback in negative. We had placed an order on the 14th of April , 2020 . The payment and order was received and acknowledged by them. Till date ,it been 2 months the order has not arrived . None of their numbers are working and their sites don't open too. FRAUD!!!!

May 29,2020Based on my experience ,this company is not true to their service . They have got my money and they did not deliver the service . They did not refund my money yet. No customer service to reach out over phone.I followed up with them many times about my refund but did not receive my refund yet.Beware of this company. This is an Unprofessional and unethical business people. I see that there are also similar experience by other customers that they did not refund the money.

Mar 03,2020It is a bad experience. It was suppose to be delivered in a day and until now it is been 3 days and it hasn't been delivered yet. Cannot trust this platform. Only after asking several times now and when I said I would prefer to cancel the order did they tell me that it is dispatched via blue dart with a reference number and when I try to track that it says we are awaiting info from the carrier. I don't recommend this at all. Thank you.

I was in a crunch of time and had to send a nice cake and roses to my lovely bhabhi for her bday and you guys delivered right on time and they loved the roses along with a beautiful crystal vase. Dec 31,2019this website is the worst. bcz i am already request them to send gift on 31 dec with cake... bt they send the gift on 30 dec. without cake and they dnt even rply properly... and they send me the email for the cake that it will delivered before 5:00pm and its more than 5:00 bt the cake haven't received yet.. i told them this is my first time..... bt they have taken the exam of my patience .. i have given this 1 star .. bcz of the gift i ordered. which is nice.... i will never recommend to anyone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Nov 06,2019Cake was not from Taj Bakery. Website clearly said Cake from Taj bakery...and charged $20 more than other sites. I still ordered as it said only from Taj and there was no alternate bakery mentioned. But Gifts2Indiaonline.com is very unprofessional and not by there words, Cake was not from Taj. It was from some bakery opposite to Ethiraj college.I would never ever do business with them again!!!!!!!!!! I tried reaching on whatsapp but no response. Please don't order in this business if you want Cake from Taj.

Nov 19,2022I do not recommend this site. I had a very bad experience. I bought 2 gift cards worth 20000 and paid over 23000 at the end. They sent 2 x only birthday card and claimed that it was 4 x 5000 also inside. I have immediately complained and for two weeks I ask for I need my money or gift cards worth 20000 but they do not answer my email my sms not even Tel . Please do not support people who use their own country's name for their website and treat people from abroad so badly.
