Nov 11,2015Great communication and they did exactly what they said they would do. I had a bit of concern when the check was not received for some time after they said they sent it. I contacted gizmogul and they overnighted me another check. The next day I received both checks. The tardiness of the first check was clearly the fault of the post office ( it was postmarked exactly when they said they sent it) I was impressed with how quickly they fixed a problem that was not their fault.

Nov 11,2015I reviewed all information with a representative and received honest and professional feedback. I received the mailer as promised and my check followed very shortly, also as promised. All in all it was a very good experience. I would contact gizmogul again, if needed and I have recommended gizmogul to friends and family.

Nov 11,2015I've sold a few of my old Apple products to Gizmogul and they always pay great (considering that alternatively I would have just let them sit in a junk drawer until I threw them out one day). Now I am a few hundred dollars richer and feel great knowing that these electronics were responsibly recycled as well! I will definitely continue to use Gizmogul in the future!

Nov 08,2015I am very impressed with Gizmogul. The customer service exceeded my expectation. My original quote was incorrect because I had entered that my phone was unlocked instead of Verizon. When I contacted customer service Artur responded very quickly and assured me I would receive the higher amount. I needed to contact Artur again during the process and he again responded immediately. I just received my check and sure enough Artur had taken care of it - it was for the higher amount. I won't hesitate to use Gizmogul again.

Nov 07,2015selling my old laptop and cellphone through gizmogul couldn't have been easier. this isn't the first time i've used the company and it certainly won't be the last. i received the mailing materials in 2 days and sending it all back takes about 3 minutes. the materials are well designed and good looking, as is the design and ease of the website. it's truly a website easy enough for my mother to use. the money they offered was completely fair and i felt great not contributing to a landfill or the burning lungs of children in Africa. a truly good, GOOD company.

Alex emailed me often to keep me updated and was sure to answer any questions I had! They not only had the best price to offer for my phone but the staff was great!!!
