Nov 12,2024In August of this year, I was unfortunate enough to have a boating accident. The damage was considerable. GJW utterly exceeded my expectations! They were very professional, but above all they were so human and showed a great degree of empathy for my situation. My boat has been rescued and is as of now being repaired and brought back to sailing condition. GJW definitely went beyond the call of duty.

Nov 12,2024Very easy to get a quote and subsequent purchase of a policy for my narrowboat. Details that were required of the NB were easily obtained and the cover provided was a reasonable price. Obviously unless I have to make a claim I won’t have personal experience of their claims process but my research prior to obtaining a quote was positive. I also received free RCR membership (call out only I believe) and they have an online service that allows you to save all the details of the boat etc.

Nov 12,2024I have been insured with you for over 30 years with various boats I have full trust in your company to protect my boats I have had a total loss boat set on fire by vandals and was fully paid up in three weeks And I have claimed for some storm damage on my spray hood Never had a problem with GJW ! Highly recommend this company you can buy cheaper insurance elsewhere But they are not reliable!
