It all arrived and looked great, however, I couldn't use it because of a problem with my floor (nothing to do with the product). Contacted glass blocks direct - they were very understanding and refunded me even though I'd had the goods for weeks. Excellent customer service!

A one off order with service that made me feel like a regular customer dealing with a specialist provider.
