On initial delivery, I was missing an item from my order however I contacted the number provided on the website & spoke to a member of staff who couldn't have been more helpful or polite. Nov 05,2019Bought my Samsonite Cosmolite from Global when they were at Piccadilly. Contacted Global at Mayfair to arrange for a repair after 7 years. Rafael reminded me of the 10 year Samsonite warranty and arranged everything wonderfully. Very friendly, patient and efficient. Suitcase as good as new again. Very happy and will buy from them again.

Aug 14,2019I contacted customer services after I noticed the product code was different on my confirmation to what I ordered. They never got back to me. It's been over a week now. I rescheduled the delivery using the options provided. They delivered it on the original day, leaving the item plainly in sight and unsecure. What was particulary annoying was that I had some expensive items delivered that day by someone else that I had asked them to leave out of sight, which they did. As this item was so plainly in sight there was a risk of theft of this item and then the items. The packaging was also badly damaged as it had been forced into a front porch with the door slammed against it, which also damaged the packaging of the aforementioned expensive items. I wouldn't use this company again, the product is available at a similar price from plenty of other retailers, so why bother?

Aug 14,2019I recently purchased a Secrid Mini Wallet from Global Luggage as a gift. The delivery was extremely swift, however unfortunately the parcel went missing when delivered by UPS. I rang the Mayfair branch and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Rory. As soon as I explained the wallet was a gift and the parcel had gone missing he agreed to send a replacement out for me to receive the very next day. There were no questions asked and no complicated process. I experienced an absolute fantastic customer service, I would not hesitate to buy off them again in the future.
