Oliver went over and beyond to help me disable auto provisioning. if there was more stars I would give the maximum. When you call Globe2 you talk to a person, who can talk on your level. In August when I am out of contract with my current provider, I will be calling Globe2. Keep up the good work lads, and speak to you soon. Philip

I have just started a new business working from home and came across Globe2 services. I sent an enquiry to them asking lots of questions of which they replied almost immediately with a phone call. Doug was extremely helpful in talking me through what I could get from Globe2 and answered all my questions and emails promptly. Oliver took over with the set up and was equally helpful. It took overall a couple of days to get me up and running and I'm already loving it. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

We have a small hotel in Ramsgate where we have having problems with our 2 internet lines. Sometimes the problems have been internal and other times with BT externally . Globe2 have been very helpful and are now putting backup plans in place.

Very happy as the issue was resolved. The communication was clear and prompt. Kian understood the issue without me having to go through a long explanation and replayed the issue back to me to ensure we both agreed.

Kian has been extremely helpful with sorting out the issue ive been having with my Voip phone, He was able to determine the fault was with my wifi firewall and help with opening the ports to allow the phone to work properly
