When I phoned to to tell the company they had not arrived within 24 hours the very polite gentleman promised to refund my 24hour money and sent a new set. Once again the courier messaged to say the sticks were held up! They eventually arrived and are fine.

They were amazing but unfortunately when we were setting them up about 3 of them broke and leaked - we were very careful to follow the instructions so not sure why this happened. It meant a couple of them didn't have a cup to take home.

Dec 20,2017I ordered a few bits, all of which were showing as available on the website. When I received my order it was light a few items, it turns out that they're out of stock. I was refunded the cost, after I contacted them about the missing items. Why didn't the website show that they were out of stack? why did I need to make contact before a refund was issued? Otherwise, what I got was what I expected.
