An amazing company, very helpful. I asked for Next day delivery, they asked when I wanted them for. Once they knew they told me not to waste Extra payment for that service as they would be there in time. They turned up the next day without payment for that service. The website offers the choice of two colours to chose from for the tambourine. However there is no drop down menu on the product yo make a choice. Therefore. I ended up receiving the colour I did not want. Upon emailing the seller, they did respond quickly and explained that somewhere on the site for future reference you can make a note with a request or alternatively send an accompanying email. Too complicated when to resolve further mistakes is so easy to rectify on their site. I am now stuck with something I don’t want and have to reorder using their proposed solution. Not customer friendly.
