Mar 19,2024As with most of these negative reviews. I placed an order on website on the basis that delivery was 3-5 days. Once order was placed I received notification that delivery would be 8 days. It has now been two weeks and tracking information still showing as awaiting collection. It seems that if you have no concerns over when you might receive your item then go ahead and order, but do not take expected delivery timescales as truthful. Goalinn clearly know that of they were honest about lead times, far fewer people would place orders. I have contacted customer services and they replied to say 'wait longer'.

Mar 09,2024Ich habe zwei Trikots bestellt, welche mit Lieferzeit innerhalb 5 Tagen angegeben war. Nach 7 Tagen habe ich meine Bestellung in meinen Kundenkonto auf deren Homepage geprüft. Das Lieferdatum wurde um weitere 10 Tage verschoben, da eines der Trikots nicht auf Lager wäre. Eine Information an mich, erfolgte nicht. Ich musste dies selbst rausfinden. Goalin/Tradein war nicht bereit, mir das Trikot welches auf Lager war und ein Geschenk sein sollte, in einer extra Sendung zu schicken, obwohl der zugesagte Liefertermin bereits überschritten war. Schlechter Service! Hab alles storniert

Mar 08,2024Merce ordinata, fatturata, pagata e mai ricevuta a distanza di quasi 40 giorni dall'ordine. Chiesto rimborso e mai effettuato. Servizio di custumer care solo di facciata. Risposte solo dilatorie, generiche ed inconcludenti. Sto per denunciarli per appropriazione indebita e truffa.

Mar 06,2024Täysin ala-arvoinen yritys. Olen noin viikon yrittänyt palauttaa tilaamani paidan. Olen koittanut tulostaa todella kallista palautus tarraa. Mutta en siinä onnistu. Koska heidän sivusto ilmoittaa teknisestä ongelmasta. Laittoivat sivustolle uuden palautus tarran. Joka ei toimi sekään. Taas yksi ulkomainen huijari yritys. Joka kannattaa kiertää kaukaa. Hienovaraisesti uhkailevat jos laitan postin suoraan heidän osoitteen. Niin olen tuotteesta vastuussa eivätkä korvaa todennäköisesti mitään. Totally inferior company. That's how I tried to return the shirt I ordered. I have tried to print a really expensive return label. But I can't do it. Because the site reports a specific problem. They put a new return sticker on the site. Which doesn't work either. Another foreign scammer company. Which is worth detouring from afar. They subtly threaten me if I send the mail directly to my address. So I am responsible for replacing anything.

Feb 13,2024Pessima comunicazione, non dicono per fare un reso si debba pagare 7.99€, acquistare una scarpa su internet e sbagliare taglia è un errore comunissimo quindi se comprate da lor mettete in conto almeno 16€ in più per far arrivare la scarpa della taglia che volete. Scadalosi

Feb 13,2024No es la primera vez que compro en esta página. Las otras veces me ha ido bien. Esta última compré unas botas de fútbol que me pidió mi hijo para su cumpleaños. Hay dos modelos, tacos blancos y tacos rosas. Pues en esta página están los de tacos rosas y se lo compro. Me llegan las opuestas a las que pido. Llamo, el chico no me pone muchas ganas, solo me dice q las devuelva y luego vuelva a comprarlas. Mando mails que no contestan, hablo por WhatsApp y no contestan y en mi misma cuenta envío SMS que no sirven para nada, total, q al final las descambio. A las dos semanas me hacen el reembolso. Y cuando decido darle otra oportunidad con el dinero ya en mi cuenta voy a volver a comprarlas y están de 75 que me costaron a 100 euros. Así que es una verdadera vergüenza. CONTESTO A VUESTRA CONTESTACIÓN: no sirve de nada escribir a ese correo, escribí y no hubo contestación unas cuantas veces. Desisto, mejor no comprar aquí y ya

Feb 13,2024Item not Delivered - Zero Communication - No answers as to when delivery may happen (if ever) when I contacted them. I'm seeing quite a negative trend here in the reviews I'm reading on here. Update: Item eventually arrived on February 21. 1 month. Slightly misleading on delivery times at checkout. Considerable room for better communication.

Feb 08,20246 weken wachttijd en dan de verkeerde maat op gestuurd. Dan moet je zelf foto's maken weer een paar dagen wachten. Dan mag je het terugsturen. En nu nog niet bekend of ik de goede maat krijg of geld terug. Als het geld terugkomt duurt dan ook nog 2 a 4 weken niet echt klant vriendelijk
