Being able to use existing paperwork in PDF format saved so much time. Once committed to the product you get transferred to the account management ream and this is when you really see the value in the depth of knowledge they have and the ability to simply resolve what you might see as a problem. Having built our first two forms its become apparent there is more we can do to make our customers experience great.
