Dec 15,2024I bought Golden curls after all of the Instagram and FB ads I was seeing and it looked impressive. I like the hairdryer and heated brush attachments but the curling wands do not curl my hair....the air doesn't "suck" the hair round like the adverts seem to suggest and I've watched every tutorial video I can find but they don't work. Disappointed as I bought them primarily to curl and feel it's an oversell on that. Got to stage where I don't think it's my hair styling skills,it's the equipment. I have shoulder length mid thickness hair that will normally hold a curl all day with straightener or wand curls so not my hair!! All comments on posts seem to not mention this so thought was important to warn buyers.

Dec 14,2024Placed an order as a gift before reading reviews, big mistake. Now well over 5-7 days and I have had to buy another gift in replacement of this item. Misleading as the item is shipped from China, not London!!! Emailed so called customer service, all that say is we'll give you a discount on next order as your item has been shipped, no thanks!!! When I query how to get a refund, suddenly customer service don't want to respond! Absolutely shocking customer service and no doubt a poor product Very misleading I WANT A REFUND ASAP!!!!!!!! Update 15/12/24 Golden curls ignoring all my emails requesting a refund Sent a generic email today stating there is a "delay and my item will now be shipped from an international center" ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!! LIARS Just refund my money, bunch of crooks All these positive reviews are fake

Die Firma hat uns in kürzester Zeit ein neues Gerät zu gestellt mit ein Produkt Geschenk für die Haare. Super freundliches Service Mitarbeiterinnen mut sehr schneller Reaktionszeit. Sehr zu Empfehlen. Unser erster Glätter funktioniert seit 10 Jahre.

Dec 10,2024Wurde in Düsseldorf in der Passage angesprochen das Gerät wurde an mur ausprobiert. Ich war begeistert. Kaufe es für 300 Euro. Dann geht es los .komme nach Hause. Super Tasche Bürste Kamm... alles original verpackt. Nur das Gerät ist nicht identisch. Also zurück in die Passage. Dürfen angeblich die 30 Tage zurück Garantie nicht annehmen. Sehr werkwürdig. Nur wenn der Karton verschlossen ist. Wie soll ich als Kunde den Inhalt kontrollieren ohne ihn aufzumachen. Für mich ein Unternehmen was sehr zweifelhafte Geschäftsmethoden anwendet. Werde es verfolgen.

Dec 09,2024Sunt multe lucruri de spus despre aceasta companie de la produsele de calitate până la dovada de profesionalism din partea ghizilor noștri în căutarea pentru înfrumusețarea parului nostru așa că fetelor nu stați pe gânduri și faceți la fel ca mine va promit nu o sa regretați !

Dec 02,2024Ik heb de golden curl tijdens mijn vakantie in barcelona gekocht. De verkoopster krulde mijn haar en het zat ook super mooi. Het bijzondere aan de krultang was, dat deze niet heet wordt vertelde ze. Op dat moment, was dat inderdaad zo! Nu heb ik net mijn haar gekruld en mijn arm verbrand! De tang was zó heet, ik voel mij nogal belazerd!

Dec 01,2024Nach fast 2 Jahre ist das Gerät kaputt.Jetzt muss ich es auf meine eigene Kosten zurückschicken und noch 25 Euro dazu zahlen,damit ich ein neues Gerät kriege.Beim Kauf hieß es das Gerät hat 5 Jahre Garantie.Anscheind nur ein Verkaufsargument.Kaufe mir jetzt lieber ein anderes Glätteisen von Ort,ohne arglistig getäuscht zu werden.
