We had questions and concerns about getting the right product and having it come in time because we've been getting all our business orders late due to covid. Well, the friendly staff replied so quickly to all our emails. After ordering, our package came in two days. Jul 17,2020They don't have what they say. Place an order then find out later there's backorders. Three weeks go by and still don't have all my order. Phones aren't working so can't call anyone. No one replies to emails when asking about order in question. Try the 'live' chat and you get the ol bait and switch routine for a higher priced item. Won't give any idea for an ETA on the backorder. This has not been a good experience so will probably not use this company again in the future. Disappointed.

Jul 28,2020I love the bottles, it’s great marketing. They are much taller than the square bottles I used before I found Good Start Packaging. It’s the same size “12oz.” But it looks like they’re getting more for their money. I’m sold on the round bottles!
