Jan 07,2015Ordered and paid for goods 16 December as Christmas present. Ordered 2 items, one was on back order due in 21 December. Absolutely zero communication from company, had to chase, finally got an answer on 2 January that item would be with me soon, surley knowing the wait they could have either sent in stock item or, knowing the wait, at least inform their customer. I will not use again Andrew

Dec 18,2014In my honest opinion, I had my doubts over using this website due to it being Christmas time and lots of fraudulent sites about. However, I cannot fault their professionalism and customer service! I hadn't received a confirmation email of my order and therefore panicked and immediately phoned the number on the website. I gave my name and the gentlemen explained my order had been placed and to check my junk folder for a confirmation email, I did this and voila, there it was! I ordered my item before 3pm and it arrived the next day. Can't argue on price as very competitive for the market, brilliant little site! Will be using again! Thank You!

Nov 27,2014I usually buy on Amazon, but I found on gpd a better price for each of the items I bought (go pro helmet mount, vented helmet mount and head strap mount), also, the package arrived the day after I placed the order.The site is easy to navigate through and it offers package tracking. No complaints.
