During the course of my university application, Francesco has been by my side throughout the entire time helping me with process, always easy to reach and talk to in case of any doubt, offering professional advice on best courses of action. My questions were always answered in a very timely and informative manner, and communication was easy and clear. Chiara has been kindly assisting me in carrying out the visa application, and helped me put together an academically compelling and coherent statement of my study purposes. I was offered assistance in answering the visa questions and was kept up to date with the latest news regarding my application. Giornalmente mi contattava per i prossimi step. Finalmente, mio figlio partirà con tutto in regola grazie a lei e a "Go Study". Oggi mi ha inviato un resoconto dettagliato dei documenti da portare per il viaggio, la scuola e tutte le informazioni utili una volta arrivato a Sydney.
