During the pandemic the Webinars were extremely useful and relevant to our needs at the time. We recently organised a Mental Health Awareness workshop through Gravitate which was presented at our workplace by a wonderful team member by the name of Greg. The content was tailored to our requirements with just the right amount of interaction. Greg presented with professionalism and warmth. A very personable individual who is skilled in the subject of Mental Health, with a holistic approach to it. This workshop did not feel scripted at all. I would recommend Gravitates advertised courses to all Companies without hesitation.

Both, from the outset made us all feel very relaxed and the content provided was most informative. It was a good mix of bullet points, slides and video links, which led to discussions, in which individuals also shared their own experiences. All attendees have provided positive feedback to me and we all definitely found it beneficial in many ways I would highly recommend this Service to other Employers to consider.
