Your customer service was very helpful. However, just recently, My delivery date was changed from 9/28-10/5. I had to rearrange my time off because I was told 9/28/23. Aso, very disappointed I was charge for delivery. After spending over $9000.00, this is something a manager could have just thrown in.v b
When I saw the chair on the site I noticed a small sentence below stating “make an offer”. I called the company in Los Angeles and asked if people really do this. He said yes. I asked do they get their offer. He said yes, sometimes. Takes two or three days for an answer. My husband passed away two years ago and I’m relocating from Nebraska to California to live with my granddaughter. I’m 88 years old and trying to budget my money. Lo and behold, I got the lower price plus a nice note acknowledging my loss. What a gracious company. Waiting for my recliner. Thank you for your kindness🥰
John Richard brass marble table was damaged in delivery: due today 9/18. I was emailed today 9-18 a new table will arrive in 4 weeks! Very disappointing. Oct. 24th! Very late.
I had a problem with an order so I canceled it. A supervisor called to see if he could solve my issues that caused me to cancel. He found a solution so I reinstated the order. All very professional. I was very impressed.
Hi, I received my order in a damaged condition. And when I filed a claim form I was told a third party would help repair it. However I was refused any financial compensation. Why should I pay the full amount for a piece that has a dent? I am accepting the repair provided you offer me a discount because this is a damaged item

I placed a bid online for a piece of furniture I have been looking at for 3 years. The response to the bid was immediate. The customer service rep assigned to me (Nelli) was very professional and pleasant and worked extremely hard to get me as close to my budget as possible. I appreciate all her efforts and coordination with management who also accommodated my requests and concerns. GRAYSON FURNITURE absolutely delivered on their promise of treating their customer with respect, honoring available price matching and doing their best for every customer. I was very intimidated to look into a furniture shop in Beverly Hills .. I am from the Inland Empire. But i felt that I was treated like one of the locals — with dignity and respect. I like the website and product offerings. I didn't like that I got all these emails that said 10% or 15% off then the codes didn't work.

I only gave 3 stars because when I called to place my order I was on hold for over 10 minutes for three separate attempts. One time I waited and was told the call was being dropped for whatever reason the robot said. I finally was able to place my order with someone online through a message who asked for My phone number and called me back. Seems like you’re very understaffed. You almost lost my sale. Otherwise my last order was a stunning/expensive coffee free table. You do have great products at reasonable pricing
