Aug 03,2023Probably the worst company we have had the misfortune to deal with. I would have liked to have given them no stars as they do not deserve even a 1 star. Did not do what we asked them to do on our behalf and then to rub salt in the wounds ripped us off with new contracts. DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Feb 01,2024Just before covid struck we managed to get some contracts signed up for our gas and electricity supply. Unfortunately one off the contracts never went live which we don’t know how and now we have the administrator chasing us for money for the contract not going live. The contracts that were signed were for 2 businesses and they had their names and bank details all mixed up by the sales person and now we are being threatened by legal action through no fault of our own. The sales person was notified during covid that they were mixed up and it’s took them over 3 years to come back to us. No wonder they are in administration but that doesn’t help our case
