I ordered two toys from the website and they were delivered very fast. After noticing a faulty issue with one toy, I emailed customer service for a replacement and attached a photo to explain the problem. The replacement was sent to me within three days, no question asked!

the sizes are not as stated on website which was fine as we needed small and the glow in the dark glue was hard so could not use it plus we have to get a better string as it was not staying in a knot .

To start off with I had trouble as my 10% new customer code did not come through, so I phoned up and was given a code for 15 %! My order came quickly and the cuddly toys I had ordered were all lovely and of an excellent quality. Will be using this company again.
