Nov 19,2024This recent order was not sewn in the same quality as the first order. The vinyl was not tight on foam and corners were not tight and didn’t look that great. I was not offered a discount or correction of mats. The mats are expensive so I was disappointed.

Nov 19,2024This is a decent product for the price that suffers from poor quality control. They were easy to cut with a metal-handled boxcutter. Three of us installed approx. 500sf easily in a day, with many tiles cut to fit. We installed over a flat roof with no prep beyond sweeping the loose gravel. There were two problems: 1. Dozens of the tiles were of inconsistent color -- they were primarily tan but ranged closer to white in one corner of many tiles. This was way too much work to attempt an exchange (I had already flown from California to Dallas to do the install, and carried all those cases of tiles up three flights of stairs, etc.) but it was disappointing. 2. I had asked to have the item delivered after a certain date, as nobody would be there to receive them. The gal who took my order clearly understood and said she would hold the shipment. Despite this, the order was shipped quickly (usually a good thing!) When I saw that the order had shipped too early I immediately made several calls to both Greatmats and Fedex, to no avail. The order (a couple of pallets worth of boxes) was delivered and just left in the alley behind the homeowner's garage for two days. Just good luck it wasn't damaged or stolen. This product is a far, far cry from a professionally-installed wood deck, for a number of reasons, but as an inexpensive solution where cost is much more important than quality, I would recommend it. It was less than 1/4 the cost of a new wood deck. All that said, I would use the product again as a low-cost solution, but would ask Greatmats about their warranty if the color is off, and inspect all of the tiles before doing anything else.

Nov 19,2024Good product. Easy to assemble. The nails on the dogs do mark them up pretty quickly. We well see how they handle up to 12 dogs a day for traffic.

Nov 13,2024Kaitlyn was so helpful to work with. The carpet tile are plush and soft and very easy to install. I did put a moisture barrier (plastic) down first which has made the tile move slightly but in my situation I felt it was necessary. The nice thing is I can remove the moisture barrier in the future.

Nov 09,2024A great experience all around. Jake took care of me from ordering to delivery. Mats arrived in a little over 2 weeks, delivered and unloaded right at the barn. Assembly takes two people but there was no cutting to fit anywhere. Me (73 yo female) and one young man did 3 stalls in half a day. Having a good level base is essential. I recommend and would purchase again

Nov 08,2024I love the mats but the kits I ordered had 2 wrong mats in every stall so they would not attach correctly. I sent pictures but they said that wasn’t enough. I am just disappointed spending that much money for mats for 4 stalls and 8 of the 24 are wrong. I felt some financial compensation should have been given or the correct mats sent. We will make the most of the mats and hope they don’t separate in the areas that aren’t connected.
