Sean was responsive and helpful and also the installation guys were very helpful and polite. The whole process was a breeze as everything was done for me, no need for me to try and measure up myself. James picked up on the fact we needed another rail for a different type of curtain in the office and proactively called me to see if I needed a quote - this was great as it had been on my to do list forever!

She was able to answer all of my questions no matter how silly they were. She made me feel confident that she knew about the different models and she was able to find me a package that benefitted me.
