Hey so recently I saw an add buy 2 get one free. So I bought 3 pairs the ones I had set up to be free weren't and they were 240ish. Now this is a big problemm as the other 2 were $79 so I have been trying to contact you guys on email but your email isn't registered so in the end I paid what I wouldve without the discount free on the third I paid full price instead would like to have a refund on the 240 I paid for one shoe when it was buy 2 get the third free thanks please get back to me order number #4925
Are you planning to do something on my refund for the purchase i did? If you believe to do something on it, you can start the process asap or else i might have to handle this case in a different manner. Be responsive and do necessary actions for my order #4750 and this has been my 3rd review on this matter and i conclude by saying that ,my next move won't be posting a review.
I saw a guy at my local movie theater wearing a pair of nice fitness shoes and he told me about Gryps. I figured they must be legit since he owned a pair and recommended the company. So I purchased 3 pairs almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from the company about my order status (#4871). I’ve sent two emails to the Gryps support staff and only gotten the generic robot response with no information. I’m sad to see so many ppl in the same situation. But I work with legal professionals, so I’ll definitely be inquiring as to possible legal remedies if I don’t hear something soon. From the number of unhappy customers that have paid good money and not received their products or a refund, It’s possible that this could have the makings of a class action lawsuit (but I’m not an attorney so I’d have to ask). Not having a customer service number is also sketchy, but it would probably just ring or go to voicemail. I caution anyone else against ordering with this company.To the Gryps staff, please either provide the shoes I ordered or refund my purchase cost. And please make it easier to actually reach real staff members online or over the phone. Thank you and good luck to everyone still in Limbo.

Edit: had some trouble due to a pair of shoes that were lost in transit and had trouble getting in touch with support. Come to find out their emails weren’t reaching me for some reason. A specialist reached out to me through his personal email and has been extremely helpful! Not only are they going to send me a replacement pair, they are going to refund the money for that pair for the inconvenience as the factory’s in China are under lockdown so it may be a little while before I get them. Extremely happy with the company all said and done great shoes, and after a little effort, great service! Highly recommend! I would though recommend to go half a size larger than your normal shoe size.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on March 9, 2022 from Gryp footwear. But due to some reasons I’ve to cancel that. I emailed them on Gryp footwear support for Cancellation after 2 hours of purchase but they never contacted me. I’ve sent almost 5 emails and every time I receive a new ticket. There is no update on my order cancellation as well. I didn’t know Gryp service will be this pathetic. I wonder if they will refund my money. If someone can help me please do let me know.
As you'd expect from the price point these shoes are very poor build quality, made of cheap materials. I ordered three pairs of shoes, and only one pair was passable by my personal standards. They are also a lot prettier in the pictures, as any bad texture/finish is eliminated in the images.
I can't with these mfs. After reading the reviews on the trustpilot, it may true that they are 'likely' a scam or something else. To think a goddamn month ago, I ordered two shoes just to the recieve the message a month that the product is incorrectly address therefore can't tell if it's a coincidence or not. And Gryp, I don't care if you've been around for a few months as by now you guys would've find a way to combat the common issues that y'all are dealing with.

I purchased three pairs of shoes from Gryp, and they are both comfortable and of great quality. It took nearly a month to arrive, but it's well worth the wait and money

I recently purchased several pairs of gryp shoes which did take about a few weeks to come in but can say is worth the wait as the shoes are comfortable and look amazing. I did though have trouble with a pair in its size fitting but mistakes happen, but as soon as i contacted the gryp support team about my issue and how to get it resolved it was respectfully resolved and instructions are clearly given. I would highly recommend you try a pair of gryp shoes for yourself the shoes are basically 1 of a kind :)

I finally found the best shoes!! I have wide feet, so it's hard for me to find comfy shoes. These shoes are very comfortable for everday wear.

I’m not gonna lie it’s not a scam it’s a small company trying to make a big statement I’ve received my shoes it just took a little bit of time ;10 day to arrive which is explained on their website but there is a tracking app called shop it’s a purple application if you see how many steps it takes to get to you you will be amazed that it arrives that fast thanks Gryp

Jul 15,2022I ordered three pairs of shoes from GRYP and they were all a bit too small (they seem to run small, as I wear a 10.5 in pretty much every brand, and I had to size up a full size to 11.5). I reached out and Areej helped me get the original order swapped for new ones in a better size. They even let me change the style on a couple pairs as I’d decided after seeing them in person that I wanted different ones. Overall, I’m very happy with the resolution. Excellent customer care.
