Aug 25,2022Appointment arranged and email to confirm, however, nobody turned up and upon phoning office was given apologies and conflicting explanations : job not allocated, operative ran out of time and had supposedly phoned/left messages. Re-arranged and although operative late (made call to office to check re-arrangements and assured someone would be attending) he did turn up and carry out the work. He was very polite, clean and tidy and apologised for being late and although not aware of previous no-show again apologised. Work executed to good standard and we were happy with results and will be looking to re-use for future projects around the home.

Friendly, and super capable person applied silicone to five wetrooms checking with me on colour and finish before starting each room, explained the process and potential issues. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I’m a real fusspot and hard to please.
