Dec 19,2023What went wrong is that I haven't actually received the goods ordered and no reply to my message requesting a refund. I tried to purchase two packs of plectrums and I appreciate that it must be a real effort to put them in an envelope and post them but 14 days later when my money was taken immediately...very disappointing.

Nov 08,2023I've been studying with GUITAROOZE about 6 weeks now(?) and have loved every single session. The owner and tutor are both friendly, approachable people with a wealth of knowledge. Always have a good chat with them before and after my lesson as well which is nice. As far as lessons go, I've had no other lessons elsewhere to compare the lessons or company to, other than secondary school music lessons or from researching tutors in my area which I can safely say didn't matter. I went straight in to my first session having never played bass before (had little experience on accoustic but nothing major) and left 45 minutes later being able to play two lines from two different songs, as well as learning some music theory and how to tune my bass. I would definitely, wholeheartedly recommend them if you want to learn: bass, electric, accoustic guitar, etc... cannot think of a single negative thing to say other than a critique of my own playing abilities. Hope this helps.

Oct 11,2023Highly recommend lessons at Guitarooze. David is fantastic and so good with my children. They have learnt so much with him, feel confident playing their guitar, even at the ages of just 6 and 8, and come away more confident each week. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming.

Jul 06,2024I had an electric guitar that was in desperate need of repair. Moisture trapped inside the hard case over a number of years, resulted in the body splitting, lifting away the top layer of wood and paintwork. I honestly thought this was the end of my most treasured possession. Then Guitarooze came to the rescue. My guitar now looks and plays as good as new. Top notch job! Would highly recommend.
