Jan 29,2024Great service, great coordination, great follow up, well disciplined for timings. Most of the drivers were knowledgeable and experienced to take care of the guests. Wish all the drivers assigned knew Hindi for two way communication specially for such travelers. Poonam and Vinod were excellent in providing all kinds of info & tips right from the beginning of making a tour package till the end. After every tour they followed up with us checking about how was it. Another remarkable thing is their open minded approach to accept and accommodate any changes that we asked for while finalizing the tour package.

Special thanks to Kumud for taking care and attention on all the details. Regular follow ups even when we were on the tour to ensure that all is going as per the itinerary planned. Initially we didnt select tour guide but poonam mam take regular followup and won our trust and fiannly we selct Gujju tours for Dubai trip... Really what she commited about management,more than it she managed all the things and we enjoyed and also impressed by pick up & drop facility,she also suggest favorable places for shoping, every day she instructed us regarding special things of the site... Even before take off from india one of my family member didnt get permission from airlines.. At that time she did much efforts and make us relax and calm.... We are lucky that poonam choose us. If she didn't take followup. Definately we went with other guide ..but from now we always choose GUJJU. Once again thanks...to poonam ji and gujju group.

Oct 01,2023All the arrangements were above and beyond the expectation. We really enjoyed all the activities arranged by them. I would strongly suggest to try their dhow cruise and the best dessert safari, these were simply fantastic. Most importantly, all the pickups and drops were on perfect time which I really liked about the tour.
