Everything was explained and return shipping was free. I was notified when they received my return and they quickly took care of the exchange. I am very happy with my experience with all aspects of my purchase.

Jan 23,2022I'll start off by saying they were probably half the price of comparable slippers so I was happy about that. I've worn them for about 2 weeks, but I'm wearing them less and less. Within the first 3 days, the insole liner came apart on both feet. I tried to super glue it back on but now I can just feel hard super glue underneath it. Considering just buying some other liners. There is a sewn ridge on either side of the heel that is endlessly annoying. If I wear them all day, my ankle is red and raw. You almost definitely need to wear socks with these because of it. They look cool, are warm, and they seem very durable, other than the terrible insole construction. So... Three stars and a "meh" rating.

I chose not to exchange them for the next size up because in my experience with shoes, they’d probably be too big. The return process was very easy. Wish I could’ve kept the boots. They’re cute!

Jan 21,2022I placed an order and was informed the next day that it was out of stock. Consequently, I had to ask for a refund. I would suggest that you develop an inventory tracking system that works in real time so that out of stock items are not listed as available.

Jan 20,2022While these slippers look very similar to more expensive counterparts, I found them to be considerably more affordable. The one primary difference is that the uppers are made of recycled felt, versus a more expensive wool felt. I typically wear a 9.5 men’s, EE width - but purchased a 10 mens and find them to fit comfortably. The foot bed provides some arch support. While they do have a rubber tread on the underside, they are not intended for regular outdoor use. However they are great if you’re stepping out side to take out the trash or bring in the newspaper. I am very happy with my purchase.
