The registration of the van was LC62 AYP. We will never ever use this company and will be telling others to avoid. Clearly not safe or professional

His 'before' photos showed that some of them were in a very bad state both being full of moss and holding water. I was amazed at how good they looked when shown the 'after' photos. Paul was a lovely man, very polite, did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone in the East Lancashire area.

I explained what needed to be done and I got to see before and after photos of the gutters and an amazing job has been done! Couldn't recommend enough, and a neighbour that watched mine being cleaned then booked to have theirs done on the spot as well. Will be using again.

The appointment system is excellent and we were told exactly when he would arrive, at a time to suit us. He took photos of all the gutters prior to starting work to show me the issues and then showed me after he'd finished. A fast and efficient service that's resolved all the issues we had with overflowing gutters. Would highly recommend.

Sep 20,2018UPDATE As you will see from my previous review posted in 2018 I was over the moon with GutterPro at that time. So much so that I awarded them 5 stars. Fast forward to 2020 and the situation is very different. Having tried to contact them numerous times to arrange a follow-up visit with no-one bothering to return my messages and email I gave up and went elsewhere. Very sad!!!! I cannot speak more highly of GutterPro, or Paul the local agent for South Cheshire & North Staffordshire who did the job at our house. The process from start to finish was businesslike, professional and accomplished with no inconvenience or mess. I made the booking via their website and was given an instant quotation. All very transparent and with no hidden extras. Once the booking had been made, and the date confirmed, I was sent timely reminders, including a text message on the morning the work was being done to say that Paul was on the way. Sure enough he arrived exactly at the appointed time He started by explaining what he intended to do and he then set up his camera equipment to show me the condition inside of the gutters. At each stage he took photographs to show me the before and after position, so I knew exactly what had been done. The gutters were full of rubbish but this was quickly and cleanly removed using extension poles connected to a powerfully industrial vacuum cleaner. Once the inside of the gutters had been thoroughly cleaned he proceeded to clean the outside of the gutters and fascia boards using water and a special cleaning solution. The amazing thing is that all of the work was carried out from ground level. The last person who did the job three years ago did it from a ladder using a trowel, wet rag and bucket of soapy water. It looked OK but I had no way of knowing whether the gutters were truly clean, unless I went up the ladder myself to inspect it for myself. With GutterPro, and Paul, I knew exactly what had been done. The price I paid is very comparable to what I paid the man with the bucket and wet rag but the difference in the approach and the quality of the finished work is head and shoulders better. I cannot speak more highly of this company or indeed Paul their local agent. I wish them both every success.
