Feb 22,2021Hadleigh glass came highly recommended from a work colleague who had used them to fit a set of bi-folding doors in his house. We live near Ely, Cambs and initially thought it would be too far but after discussing what we wanted (bi-folding doors for a relatively small entrance and a new front door) they sorted it. We had the survey done and recently had the bi-folds and a new composite front door fitted. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional and the guys who carried out the work worked tirelessly all day until finished and then demonstrated the doors to us. We will be using Hadleigh Glass to have all our window frames replaced in the next couple of years. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience from start to finish. We have already recommended you to one of our friends.

Jan 15,2021Id been searching for a long time to find a supplier who could manufacture and fit external double doors that gave me a similar retro look to the Crittal doors that were up for replacement. I was therefore pleased to find Hadleigh Glass, a local supplier who offered a range called ‘Heritage’ which looked like they could fit the bill for me. Along came their surveyor Simon Waters who was very user friendly with a can do attitude, he explained that with a few design tweaks from their standard design they could give me pretty close to the ‘Crittal look’ I placed my order in Sept 2020 which then got caught with all the Covid lockdown shenanigans, so the two pairs of French doors were eventually only fitted yesterday 14th Jan. Better comms from Hadleigh over this period would have prevented me from having to nag and chase updates though. Where Hadleigh glass scores a five star rating with me though is courtesy of their excellent fitters. Ricky and John, could not have been more obliging, both new their product well and were happy to work in less than ideal circumstances. The apartment was on the first floor which always looked like the doors could have needed hoisting up to the balcony, we did overcome this but they were quite up for taking this on. It was also undergoing an interior refit so the work space was extremely cluttered and to top it up completely there were strong gale like winds and rain coming straight off the sea on the day to do battle with......none of this took the guys out of their stride and hardly got a mention even...very well done they could not have represented the company better. I can’t comment at this stage on how good the product is in terms of operation as the apartment is still undergoing work so not lived in but overall at this stage I have to say I was pleased I choose Hadleigh Glass to deal with.

Oct 09,2020Great service from Hadleigh Glass! We had to get a window replaced as it was damaged and decided to replace 3 windows as they're in the same room/ensuite. Hadleigh Glass has a sales office in Colchester (Copford), which is very local to us and we noticed that the prices were really good and customer feedback as well. I initially liaised with Andy via email who was very helpful. Our new windows were installed today, approx 7 weeks after the order was placed and were done in one morning. Very good quality product and clean, quick and professional installation. The installer was super helpful and explained everything he was doing. All in all a super service and we will definitely recommend Hadleigh Glass and very likely get more windows replaced to match the new ones.

Sep 28,2020What a wonderful team of people who were helpful, friendly and efficient from start to finish. We are delighted with our conservatory and the speed and efficiency in which it was erected. All the tradesmen were polite and professional and a credit to the company. We were kept up to date with any minor changes with dates etc and the property was left in a clean and tidy condition at every stage of the process. I would recommend this company to anyone as they work almost as a family business and so have great pride in their work and customer satisfaction.

They were courteous, listened to suggestions about flush finish with the floor and did a faultless installation. They polished the glass and left the site clean and tidy, talking us through operation and leaving us with a great feeling about the new doors. Thank you so much.
