Package didn’t come on time and when i emailed them they got back to me in a couple of hours and offered to refund my shipping fees and chased I my parcel for me via the courier

Contacted customer services as my order hasn't arrived after 7 days. They contacted me withing minutes apologising and explaining the issues was with royal mail and refunded my shipping costs. Very happy with the customer service

Prompt responses to my questions/emails before placing the order. Cost of the items were well presented and reasonable too comparing to other sites. Packing seems to have done with lot of care. Hence, received without any damage. Delivery through Royal mail was prompt and well received. Thanks Hair and Beauty Depot/my contact was Sheena. Keep up our good work.
