Dec 24,2024HairClub in San Antonio, TX is fabulous. The stylists are wonderful and great customer service is evident when you walk in. I've been going there for several years. Recently there was a change in the company though. The hair systems lack quality, they're charging more and I'm really ticked off that after paying for the system and wearing it, I can't take it home if there's any use left in it. I've been able to up until about 6 months ago. I paid for it; it is mine. What a stupid policy. There is competition out there and I'll be looking.

Nov 22,2024Terribly unprofessional place! They wasted 3 hrs of my time (2 travel and 1 waiting inside 3 rooms), all -for nothing. I could not believe it what i heard: "Sorry, we can not take you now...". What, Why did you send me 10 reminders to come leading to this appointment- just to reject me once i was there? Why did not you cancel the appointment before it happened? Clueless bunch of unfocused, unprofessional morons. And I am supposed to give them access to my hair & folicles and what not? Who will reimburse me for my 3 lost hours? If you wish to wait, waste your time, get terrible service and high prices, including undisclosed fees- come to HairClub for man. Despicable!

Nov 14,2024I've been using Hairclub in Delray Florida for many years. I love the experience but even so now that Joey is on the team from Jacksonville Hairclub. Joey puts on my hairpiece so terrific and styles and cuts it so I come out looking like a real beauty!!

Oct 22,2024I have come to HairCkub in Elmwood Park, NJ for almost 5 yrs now. I have a great experience with Cindy . She is amazing, very professional, always in a good mood. She does a great job cutting and giving the right color to my hair She always finds the right hair style that makes it look fuller and stronger. I would recommend her with all my heart.

Oct 21,2024I used Hairclub services between October 2022 and April 2024. My hair line was slightly thinning and wanted to prevent more hair loss. I was told I was the perfect candidate for great results. Not only there was no improvement at all, my hair got substantially worse to the point I now shave my head. The staff then said it that I came in too late for treatment or gaslit me by saying that there were improvements by manipulating their charts when visibly things were getting worse. Avoid Hairclub like the plague.

I was worried at first about changing location etc but now I am really happy and will be coming for my hair treatment to Jasmine going forward. She really knows her stuff and the right products to put in my hair. She is amazing. I look forward to having my first salon visit with Jasmine.

To be more precise, she is very professional, punctual, attentive and very funny!!! I was laughing and smiling throughout my whole appontment. He's had to cancel several appointments and wear hats after they just had another price increase. This has never happened before even during Covid. What's next?
